Bhatkal: Water Filter Inaugurated Outside Salman Farsi Masjid

Bhatkal (Fikrokhabar News) – After Asr prayers, a new clean and cold drinking water facility was inaugurated outside Masjid Salman Farsi in Azad Nagar (Salmanabad). The inauguration was carried out by Qazi Jamaat-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal, Maulana Abdul Rab Khateebi Nadwi.

Addressing the gathering, Maulana Abdul Rab Khateebi Nadwi said that anyone who contributes to a good cause, whether through financial support, advice, or service, earns the reward of Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity). He further reminded the residents that just as the facility is new and well-maintained today, it is their responsibility to ensure it remains preserved and functional in the future.

President of the masjid, Janab Altaf Kharuri, noted that providing such facilities for the public is also part of their responsibility. Following the inauguration, Maulana offered a special prayer and personally opened the tap to dedicate the facility to the community.

According to the masjid Vice Secretary, Janab Habibullah Siddi Bappa, the installation of the water filter is not only a matter of pride for the residents of Azad Nagar but will also benefit passersby by providing access to clean and cold drinking water.

A large number of local residents attended the ceremony and appreciated the initiative.
