Spiritual Seerat Gathering Held at Madrasa Darul Hasnain in Bengaluru, Two Hifz Students Gifted Umrah Tickets
Two students who completed the memorisation of the Quran, including an orphan student, were presented with air tickets for Umrah during the emotional gathering.
Bengaluru: A grand spiritual and reformative gathering titled “Seerat e Saqi e Kausar ﷺ” was held at Madrasa Darul Hasnain in Bangipura on the occasion of the blessed 12th of Rabi ul Awwal.
Despite the rain, a large number of devotees from the local area and neighbouring regions attended the gathering, reflecting their deep attachment to the Quran and Sunnah and their love for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Renowned Islamic scholar and preacher Maulana Akbar Shareef Nadwi, Muhtamim and Sheikh ul Hadith of Darul Uloom Shah Waliullah, attended the event as the chief guest and delivered the presidential and keynote address.
Speaking about the essential qualities of a successful madrasa, Maulana Akbar Shareef Nadwi highlighted four key areas: quality education and character building, capable teachers, sincere and dedicated administrators, and effective management.
He praised Madrasa Darul Hasnain for its educational standards, the dedication of its teachers and the sacrifices made by its administration.
He also encouraged the students to memorise the Quran with sincerity and to make the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ an integral part of their daily lives.
One of the most emotional moments of the gathering came when two students who had completed the memorisation of the Holy Quran presented their final lesson. One of the two students is an orphan.
To honour their achievement, Madrasa Darul Hasnain Muhtamim Maulana Muhammad Shakirullah Rashadi and members of the administration presented both students with air tickets for Umrah.
The announcement and presentation created an emotional atmosphere among the attendees, with the gathering echoing with expressions of joy, Takbeer and praise.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt dua led by Maulana Akbar Shareef Nadwi, followed by a community dinner after the Isha prayer.
