Power Supply to Be Affected in Bhatkal on September 24 Due to Emergency Maintenance
Power interruption expected from 9 AM to 2 PM due to transformer maintenance at Murdeshwar 110 kV substation
Bhatkal: Power supply across Bhatkal taluk is expected to be disrupted on Thursday, September 24, due to emergency maintenance work at the 110 kV power substation in Murdeshwar.
According to a briefing issued by HESCOM Bhatkal Sub Division, emergency transformer maintenance work will be carried out at the Murdeshwar substation from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
KPTCL officials said the temporary interruption is necessary to carry out essential maintenance work at the substation.
The HESCOM administration and the Assistant Executive Engineer have requested electricity consumers to cooperate during the maintenance period and bear with the temporary inconvenience.
