Israeli Air Force Launches New Wave of Strikes on Over 30 Sites in Iran: Reports
Military says ballistic missile systems and air defences targeted in western and central Iran.
Tel Aviv: The Israeli Air Force has carried out strikes on more than 30 targets across western and central Iran, according to a report by Al Jazeera.
Quoting a statement from Israel’s military, the network reported that “dozens of Air Force fighter jets, guided by Military Intelligence, completed another wave of strikes targeting the ballistic missile array and air defence systems of the Iranian regime in western and central Iran.”
The military said the operation focused on missile infrastructure and air defence installations, and indicated that further strikes would continue against missile sites, military headquarters and what it described as “regime targets” in Iran.
There was no immediate response from Iranian authorities regarding the reported strikes.
