Sheikh Prof. Abdul Mohsen Al-Qasim will lead the Friday sermon and prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has announced that Sheikh Professor Abdul Mohsen Al-Qasim, one of the esteemed Imams of Masjid an-Nabawi, will deliver the Friday sermon (Khutbah) and lead the Friday prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah on 16 Jumada al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to Friday, November 07, 2025.
Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Al-Qasim is well known for his deep knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence and eloquent sermons that inspire reflection and strengthen faith. Thousands of worshippers are expected to attend the sermon at the Prophet’s Mosque, while millions will follow the live broadcast around the world.
The announcement was made by the Agency for Imams and Muezzins Affairs, under the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.
