Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia Gifts New Bus to Jamia Islamia Bhatkal
The new school bus donated by the Saudi based community organization will enhance transportation facilities for students of Jamia Islamia.
Bhatkal: A new school bus was formally gifted to Jamia Islamia Bhatkal on Monday by the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, (Bhatkal Muslim Jamaat Dammam) in a gesture aimed at supporting students and strengthening educational services.
A brief ceremony was held at the Administrative Block premises of Jamia Islamia, where representatives of the Jamaat officially handed over the bus keys and related documents to the institution’s management.The event was attended by the Nazim, Nayib Nazim, Mohtamim, Deputy Mohtamim, teachers of Jamia Islamia, and office bearers of the Mantiqa Sharqiyah Jamaat.
Speaking on the occasion, the institution’s representatives appreciated the educational and welfare contributions of the Saudi based organization. They noted that the Jamaat has consistently extended support towards the institution’s various developmental projects and needs over the years.
They expressed confidence that the newly donated bus would significantly improve transportation facilities for students and contribute positively to the institution’s academic activities.
The management of Jamia Islamia also conveyed its gratitude to the overseas community members and philanthropists, stating that their continued support has played an important role in the growth and progress of the institution.
Special prayers were offered at the end of the programme for the donors and all those who contributed to the initiative.Among those present were Eastern Province President Irshad Siddique, General Secretary Maulana Shahoor Megun, Maulana Tanveer Joushidi, Maulana Sanaullah, Maulana Ishaq Motiya, Sarfaraz Jakti, Syed Imtiaz S.M., Faheem Saada, Jaleel Aikeri and Nazeeh Aikeri.
Representing Jamia Islamia were Nazim Maulana Talha Nadwi, Nayib Nazim Maulana Khalilur Rahman Muniri, Mohtamim Maulana Maqbool Ahmad Nadwi, Nayib Mohtamim Maulana Abdul Aleem Nadwi, along with teachers including Maulana Abdul Rab Nadwi, Maulana Khwaja Moinuddin Nadwi and others.
