The agenda was packed with panel discussions designed to go beyond theory and into what actually works when building a business from the ground up.

The first panel, “Startup Journey: From Idea to First Milestone,” was moderated by Mohammed Abrar Asif. The discussion brought together Dr. Shaima Sohenwardi of Integro Hospital, Sameer Khan from CA India, Abdul Khadeer Sirhatti of Larish Experiential Toys LLP, and Hamza Moazzam Ali of Standard Touch. Together, they unpacked the real challenges that come with starting a venture and the opportunities that early-stage entrepreneurs often overlook.

The second panel shifted focus to growth and funding. Titled “Beyond the Hype: Real Challenges in Scaling Startups and Fundraising,” it was moderated by Abdul Khadeer Sirhatti and Ghouse Gadad. Mohammed Ali Sharief of Mount Judi, Syed Mumtaz Mansoori of Rugrel Private Limited, and Mohammed Khizer of ECO Crew spoke candidly about what scaling a business actually looks like and how to approach investors with a credible plan.

Across both sessions, a few themes kept coming up: test your idea with real customers before assuming it works, stay financially disciplined, invest in the right people around you, and always present investors with honest and grounded projections.

Closing the programme, Dr. Naseem Ahmed, State President of Solidarity Youth Movement, reminded the audience that sustainable success goes hand in hand with ethics. He encouraged young entrepreneurs to build businesses that do well and do good at the same time.

Beyond the main stage, the event featured breakout sessions and open networking, giving participants direct access to mentors in a more informal setting. The vote of thanks was delivered by Suhail Ahmed, City President of Solidarity Youth Movement Bengaluru.

Organisers say the initiative is part of a broader effort to give emerging entrepreneurs practical tools and meaningful connections, not just inspiration.
