Tanzeem President Inayatullah Shabandri Appeals for Calm After Murin Katte Incident in Bhatkal
The Tanzeem president urged people not to gather near the disputed site and asked residents to trust the police and community leadership.

Bhatkal Tanzeem President Inayatullah Shabandri has appealed to the public to remain calm following the incident reported at Murin Katte on Sunday night.
In a message addressed to the people of Bhatkal, Inayatullah Shabandri requested residents not to get provoked over the issue and avoid unnecessary movement near the disputed site.
He said some youths were seen roaming around the area and urged them not to gather there. He also said the matter was being followed closely and that Tanzeem was in direct contact with the Superintendent of Police.
Inayatullah Shabandri asked people to place their trust in the department and avoid taking any step that could increase tension.
He further appealed to the public not to spread messages on WhatsApp. He said anyone facing any problem should contact Tanzeem directly instead of discussing the issue on social media.
“If there is any problem, contact us. Do not roam around the place and do not create unnecessary excitement,” he said in his appeal.
The statement comes as Bhatkal remains tense over the Murin Katte issue, with police maintaining security in sensitive areas and community leaders appealing for peace.
