Shaheen Group Expands to Delhi, Launches New Inclusive Education Initiatives
Founder Dr. Abdul Qadeer outlines programmes focused on affordability, global exposure, and support for underprivileged students

The Shaheen Group of Institutions has announced a range of new academic initiatives aimed at making education more inclusive, affordable, and globally relevant, alongside expanding its presence in Delhi.
Speaking at a press conference in the national capital, founder and chairman Dr. Abdul Qadeer said the organisation is committed to blending academic excellence with social upliftment. He emphasised the need to create opportunities for students from diverse economic and social backgrounds.
Among the key initiatives is the Madrasa Plus programme, designed to integrate madrasa students into mainstream education. The programme uses a focused teaching approach with a low teacher to student ratio and has reportedly achieved strong results in Class 10 examinations. It is currently being implemented in collaboration with the Government of Karnataka across more than 100 madrasas, helping students continue formal education while maintaining their cultural and religious identity.
The institution also introduced a five year integrated graduation programme that combines higher secondary studies with undergraduate courses and Islamic education. Students can pursue degrees such as BA, BCom, and BCA alongside Alimiyath studies, with added support including mentoring, residential facilities, and academic guidance.
Another highlight is the Pre Plus Two programme, a three year foundation course aimed at preparing students for competitive exams like NEET and JEE. The programme begins with an intensive phase to strengthen core subjects, followed by a structured curriculum, regular assessments, and mentoring support to help students build confidence and improve performance.
The Shaheen Group also presented its MBBS Abroad programme, offering students the chance to study medicine in countries such as Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan at relatively affordable costs. The programme includes accommodation, campus facilities, and academic support to ensure a secure learning environment.
In addition, the Shaheen Australian International School was introduced as part of the group’s global education efforts. The school follows an internationally recognised curriculum focused on critical thinking, inquiry based learning, and overall student development.
Highlighting its expansion plans, Dr. Abdul Qadeer said the newly launched Shaheen Academy in Delhi will focus on NEET preparation, following the group’s established model of disciplined learning and continuous mentorship.
He added that the initiative aims to provide structured guidance and equal opportunities to students from varied backgrounds, helping them succeed in competitive examinations.
The event concluded with an interaction between the management and media, where the institution reaffirmed its commitment to inclusive education, skill development, and empowering marginalised communities through quality learning opportunities.
