Ali Public PU College Students Undertake Industrial Visit to Udupi and Mangaluru
Bhatkal, August 27, 2025 (Fikrokhabar News): Students of Ali Public Pre-University College, Bhatkal took part in an industrial visit on Tuesday, August 26, exploring industries in Brahmaver (Udupi) and Baikampady (Mangaluru). The visit aimed to give students real-world exposure to industrial operations and strengthen their practical knowledge beyond classroom learning.
The group first visited Hangyo Ice Cream Pvt. Ltd. at Brahmaver, where they observed the machinery used in ice cream production and learned about the company’s franchise system, logistics, and distribution network.
Later, the students toured Lucky Star Plywood Factory at Baikampady Industrial Area, Mangaluru, gaining valuable insights into the step-by-step process of plywood manufacturing.
The third stop was Gurucharan Industries, a well-known manufacturer and exporter of plastic processing machinery. Here, students were introduced to the advanced technologies involved in the production of plastic machinery.
Apart from industrial exposure, the students also visited Iqra Arabic School in Mangaluru, where they received a warm welcome. The school organized a short program to honor the staff and students of Ali Public PU College, highlighting the importance of cultural and educational exchange.
The visit was described as highly informative by the students, who requested the college management to organize more such opportunities in the future.
