The Presidency for Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has published this week’s schedule of imams leading the five daily prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, covering 24 Rabi al-Awwal to 1 Rabi al-Thani 1448 AH.

For the Fajr (dawn) prayer, Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Muhanna will lead worshippers, with Sheikh Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Ahmad Barhaji serving as reserve imam.

The Dhuhr (noon) prayer will be led by Sheikh Saleh bin Awad Al-Ghamdi, with Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Muhsin Al-Qurafi named as his backup.

For Asr (afternoon) prayers, Sheikh Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Ahmad Barhaji will take the lead, with Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Muhanna serving as reserve.

The Maghrib (sunset) prayer will be led by Sheikh Dr. Abdul Muhsin bin Muhammad Al-Qasim, with Sheikh Saleh bin Awad Al-Ghamdi on standby.

Finally, for Isha (night) prayers, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Muhsin Al-Qurafi will lead, with Sheikh Dr. Abdul Muhsin bin Muhammad Al-Qasim serving as reserve imam.

The weekly rotation ensures continuity in prayer leadership at the Prophet’s Mosque, which continues to welcome large numbers of worshippers and visitors throughout the week.
