Kuwait strongly rejected what it described as Iran’s repeated acts of aggression, saying such attacks only increase tensions in the region and threaten security and stability.

The ministry said the safety of Kuwait’s citizens and residents, along with the country’s sovereignty and security, remains a red line. It added that repeated attacks of this nature show a hostile pattern that Kuwait will not accept.

Kuwait also stated that it reserves the right to take suitable action in response to the attacks, in line with international law.

The United Arab Emirates also strongly condemned the attacks on Kuwait. In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the missile and drone strikes against Kuwait International Airport were a clear violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty and a threat to the safety of its civilian and vital facilities.

The UAE expressed full solidarity with Kuwait and said it supports all steps taken by the Kuwaiti government to protect its security and stability.
