New Shams School in Bhatkal has recorded a remarkable 100 percent pass rate in the ICSE Grade 10 examinations for 2026, marking a proud moment for the institution and the local community.

A total of 107 students appeared for the board exams this year and every one of them successfully cleared it. Among them, 10 students secured distinction, 60 achieved first class, and 37 passed in second class.

Leading the batch is Abdul Qavi, son of Mr. Abdul Basith Faquee, who secured an impressive 94.47 percent. Close behind is Reda Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Nawaz Pasha, with 90.20 percent.

The distinction holders include Aysha Simra, Amna, Fathima Muskan, Mohamed Munis, Umaiya, Dania Ruknuddin, Usman Gani Hallare, and Rabia Damudi, each scoring above 85 percent.

School authorities expressed gratitude and happiness over the outstanding performance. They credited the achievement to the hard work and determination of the students, the constant encouragement from parents, and the dedicated efforts of the teaching staff.

The management also prayed for continued success for the students in both their academic journey and personal growth, hoping they excel in all aspects of life.
