He explained that the goal of the institution goes beyond academic learning. According to him, the focus has always been on developing responsible individuals who can guide society while staying rooted in their values. He stressed the importance of combining knowledge with strong character.

The programme was hosted by Moulana Farhan Nadwi, who outlined the institution’s vision of preparing scholars and leaders capable of addressing modern challenges.

Chief guest Moulana Maqbool Kobatte congratulated students who completed memorisation of the Qur’an. He described them as part of a divine promise to preserve the holy text and reminded the audience that understanding and practising its teachings is as important as recitation. He also raised concern about society drifting away from values like unity and compassion.

Taha Mateen encouraged the community to remain connected to its heritage. Quoting poetry by Muhammad Iqbal, he urged students to reflect deeply on their identity and continue learning across fields without limits.

Speaking at the event, Dr. C P Habeeb Rahman called for introspection within the community. He highlighted concerns about declining leadership and questioned why a community with a rich historical contribution now faces challenges in progress.

The event also featured cultural performances by students based on Islamic teachings. Two books written by students were released during the समारोह.

A total of 18 students who completed Hifz were honoured with mementos. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Moulana Salim Khalifa.
