Karnataka SSLC Results 2026; Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, and Uttara Kannada Secure Top Three Positions
Coastal districts dominate rankings as state records 94.1 percent overall pass rate

Bengaluru: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board has declared the SSLC Class 10 results for the academic year 2025 to 26, with coastal districts once again leading the state in overall performance.
Announcing the results at a press conference on Thursday, Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa said the state recorded an impressive overall pass percentage of 94.1. Out of 7,70,209 students who appeared for the exams, 7,24,794 students successfully passed.
The examinations were conducted between March and April across 2,870 centres throughout the state.
In the district wise rankings, coastal Karnataka stood out with all top three positions going to its districts. Dakshina Kannada secured the first rank with a pass percentage of 98.40. Udupi followed closely in second place with 98.18, while Uttara Kannada claimed the third position with 98.09.
Several other districts also showed strong performance. Hassan recorded 97.51 percent, Mandya achieved 97.45 percent, and Sirsi posted 97.21 percent. Bengaluru North reported a pass percentage of 95.34, while Mysuru stood at 94.50.
At the lower end of the list, Kalaburagi district recorded the lowest performance with 85.06 percent.
