Grand Mosque Announces Weekly Imam Schedule for 02 To 08 Dhul Qa’dah 1447 AH – 19 To 25 April 2026
The Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques Affairs has announced the full lineup of imams leading each daily prayer at Masjid al-Haram for the coming week.

The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has published the official weekly prayer schedule for the Imams of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, covering the period from Sunday, 2 Dhul Qa’dah to Saturday, 8 Dhul Qa’dah 1447 AH.
Here is the full schedule for the week:
Fajr (Dawn Prayer) Led by Sheikh Dr. Bandar bin Abdulaziz Baleela, with Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Awwad Al-Juhani serving as the backup Imam.
Dhuhr (Midday Prayer) Led by Sheikh Dr. Usamah bin Abdillah Khayyat, with Sheikh Dr. Bandar bin Abdulaziz Baleela as the reserve Imam.
Asr (Afternoon Prayer) Led by Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Awwad Al-Juhani, with Sheikh Dr. Bandar bin Abdulaziz Baleelah standing by as backup.
Maghrib (Sunset Prayer) Led by Sheikh Dr. Maher bin Hamad Al-Muaiqly, with Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Awwad Al-Juhani as the reserve Imam.
Isha (Night Prayer) Led by His Excellency Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, with Sheikh Dr. Maher bin Hamad Al-Muaiqly serving as the backup Imam.
All appointed Imams are senior scholars at Masjid al-Haram. Their daily prayers are broadcast live and followed by millions of Muslims across the world. This schedule is released every week by the General Presidency to keep worshippers, pilgrims, and visitors fully informed ahead of time.
It is worth noting that this week falls within Dhul Qa’dah, one of the sacred months in the Islamic calendar, and comes as Hajj season preparations continue to intensify across the Kingdom.
