Free Medical Check Up Camp to Be Held at Welfare Hospital, Bhatkal on September 20
Specialists from A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences and A.J. Hospital to offer free consultations and ECG testing
Bhatkal: Welfare Hospital, Bhatkal, and Bhatkal Muslim Youth Federation (BMYF), in association with A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences and A.J. Hospital and Research Centre, Mangaluru, will organise a free medical check up camp on September 20, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Welfare Hospital, Bhatkal.
Senior medical specialists will be available at the camp to provide free consultations. The specialists include Dr. Roshan Shetty, Urologist; Dr. Pavithra, Paediatrician; Dr. Deepalakshmi, ENT Specialist; and Dr. Hannan, Orthopaedic Surgeon.
Free ECG testing will also be available for patients attending the camp.
Patients requiring further investigations can avail themselves of the necessary services at Welfare Hospital. Those referred for further treatment will be eligible for 20 percent to 40 percent discounts on applicable laboratory tests, radiology, medicines and diagnostic services. Concessions will also be available on hospital admission charges, subject to applicable conditions.
The organisers have appealed to the public to make use of the camp and benefit from the free medical consultations and diagnostic services.
