Farooq Abdullah Extends Support to CJP Protest, Urges Centre to Listen to Students
National Conference leader calls protesters the future of the country and seeks Sonam Wangchuk's release.
National Conference president Farooq Abdullah has extended his support to the ongoing Cockroach Janata Party protest, saying the young demonstrators represent the future of India and their concerns should not be ignored.
He urged the Central government to engage with the protesters and respond to their demands through dialogue.
Abdullah also called for the immediate release of social activist Sonam Wangchuk and appealed to the Centre to address the issues and concerns of the people of Ladakh.
