Bhatkal Muslim Youth Federation Holds Sports Conference, Emphasizes Discipline and Fair Play

Bhatkal – The Bhatkal Muslim Youth Federation (BMYF) successfully organized a special sports conference on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Amina Palace, Anfal Hypermarket. The event, which began at 8:30 PM, brought together officials from the federation and representatives from various sports teams across Bhatkal and its surrounding areas.

During the conference, speakers addressed the youth and highlighted that sports is not just about physical activity. They emphasized that it represents core human values such as discipline, teamwork, mutual respect, justice, honesty, and truthfulness.

The officials stressed that athletes must not only focus on improving their performance on the field but also take responsibility for supporting one another and playing with true team spirit. The program also focused on the importance of mental strength, sportsmanship, and maintaining a positive mindset among young players.

Discussions were held on the federation’s future plans to organize and promote sports activities in a more effective and structured manner.

Speakers urged participants to respect the decisions made by umpires and keep sports within its proper limits. They emphasized that this approach helps maintain unity and harmony among all teams and communities.

The program began with Quranic recitation and translation by Federation Secretary Moulana Eyad Ahmad SM Nadwi. Federation President Moulana Wasiullah DF explained the etiquette of the gathering. General Secretary Mubashar Hallare outlined the objectives of the program.

Vice President Advocate Imran Lanka and Sports Secretary Talha Trichnapalli discussed various suggestions presented by different teams. They assured that all proposals would be reviewed in the Federal Council meeting, and a final decision would be communicated to all teams.

The program concluded with prayers for the success of future sports activities.
