APCR Bhatkal to Hold Public Programme on Legal Challenges Facing the Community
Senior advocate Akmal Razvi will address constitutional rights, legal safeguards, and practical solutions at an awareness programme on August 1.

The Bhatkal Unit of the Association for Protection of Civil Rights, commonly known as APCR Bhatkal Unit, will organise a public awareness programme titled “Legal Challenges Faced by the Community and Remedial Strategies” on Saturday, August 1, at 5:00 PM at Rabita Hall in Bhatkal.
The programme aims to educate the public about constitutional rights, legal issues affecting the community, and the legal remedies available under Indian law. Organisers said the initiative is intended to help people better understand their rights and the legal mechanisms available to protect them.
The keynote address will be delivered by Advocate Akmal Razvi, General Secretary of APCR Karnataka State and a Senior Advocate at the Karnataka High Court in Bengaluru. He is expected to discuss constitutional rights and legal safeguards, the legal challenges currently faced by the community, practical legal approaches to addressing these issues, and the importance of strengthening legal awareness.
APCR has invited advocates, students, social workers, community leaders, and members of the public to attend the programme and benefit from the discussion.
The organisers have also announced that separate seating arrangements will be available for women during the event.
