Sheikh Mohammed, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said the achievement reflects the country’s strong economic strategy and accelerating growth outside the oil sector.

In a statement shared on X after reviewing a new economic report, Sheikh Mohammed revealed that UAE non-oil exports exceeded Dh813 billion, recording an exceptional 45 per cent growth over the past year.

“These numbers were targets we had set three years ago to be achieved by 2031,” he said. “Today, we have achieved 95 per cent of those goals, five years ahead of schedule.”

He added that the UAE’s investment ecosystem is now fully developed, international partnerships have doubled, and cooperation with the private sector has significantly strengthened. According to him, these developments have further reinforced global trust in the UAE economy.

“Our message to our national teams is clear: double your efforts and strengthen partnerships with the private sector to build a stronger and more sustainable economic future,” Sheikh Mohammed said.

The milestone underscores the UAE’s ongoing success in economic diversification and its growing role as a global trade and investment hub.
