The UAE Ministry of Defence confirmed on Thursday that air defence systems successfully intercepted six ballistic missiles and nine drones launched toward the country on March 27, 2026.
The interceptions are part of the ministry’s daily operational updates, which have become a routine part of life in the UAE since hostilities began on February 28.
According to the latest figures, the total number of injuries in the country has climbed to 171 since the conflict started. The death toll stands at 11, including two members of the UAE armed forces, a Moroccan civilian contractor serving alongside the military, and eight civilians.
