UAE President Sheikh Mohamed to Visit India for Strategic Talks
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will meet PM Narendra Modi on January 19 to strengthen bilateral ties and economic partnerships.

The President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will arrive in India tomorrow for an official working visit. During his trip, he is scheduled to hold discussions with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The two leaders will focus on finding new ways to enhance cooperation between their nations, building on the deep-rooted friendship and strategic partnership that the UAE and India share.
India’s Ministry of External Affairs confirmed that this marks Sheikh Mohamed’s third official visit to India since assuming the presidency. However, he has visited the country five times over the past decade, highlighting the close relationship between the two nations.
The ministry noted that this visit continues the positive trend of frequent high-level meetings between UAE and Indian officials. Recent exchanges include the visit of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, in September 2024, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Crown Prince of Dubai, in April 2024.
The working visit is expected to further strengthen the comprehensive strategic and economic partnership between the two countries, which have been expanding their collaboration across various sectors in recent years.
