UAE Condemns Deadly Shooting at Michigan Church

The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned a deadly shooting that took place in a church in the US state of Michigan, where a gunman killed at least four people and injured at least eight others before being killed in a shootout with police.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said the UAE firmly rejects all acts of violence and terrorism that threaten security and stability. It stressed the country’s “strong condemnation of these criminal acts,” calling them a violation of human values and safety.
The ministry also extended its heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, as well as to the Government and people of the United States. It expressed wishes for a swift recovery for those who were injured in the attack.
