T.M. Shahid Tekkil Appointed Chairman of State Minimum Wage Advisory Board
Bengaluru – Mr. T.M. Shahid Tekkil has officially taken charge as the new Chairman of the Karnataka State Minimum Wage Advisory Board.
Following his appointment, Mr. Tekkil participated in a significant meeting chaired by Labour Minister Santosh Lad at Vikasa Soudha. The meeting was held to address the challenges faced by employees working on an outsourced basis in major industries and information technology (IT) companies.

The discussion brought together contractors and business owners to find solutions for the problems affecting these workers.
Key officials present at the meeting included Mohammad Mohsin, the Principal Secretary of the department, alongside other government officers.
