Sheikh Hamdan Congratulates 40 Top High School Students in Dubai

Dubai’s brightest high school graduates received a special honour this year when Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, personally congratulated them on their remarkable academic performance.
A total of 40 Emirati and expatriate students, from both public and private schools, were recognised under the Dubai Top Achievers Recognition and Support Programme. These students represented the leading academic performers across different curricula, including the UAE Ministry of Education, American, British, and International Baccalaureate (IB) systems.
In his personal messages, Sheikh Hamdan commended the students for their hard work and dedication, describing their success as a source of pride for Dubai. He encouraged them to continue striving for excellence not just in classrooms but also in contributing to the emirate’s growth and future.
The Crown Prince also extended his warm congratulations to parents, noting that the achievements were the result of both the students’ determination and their families’ strong support system.
The Dubai Top Achievers Recognition and Support Programme was launched in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai. It reflects the leadership’s belief that investing in human capital is the foundation of sustainable national development.
Alongside recognition, the programme provides a range of benefits for promising students. These include scholarships at local and international universities, financial rewards, skill development opportunities in leadership and entrepreneurship, and even eligibility for the UAE Golden Visa for outstanding students and their families. For resident students, discounts at higher education institutions in Dubai have also been extended.
By honouring and nurturing young talent, the initiative prepares the next generation to contribute effectively to Dubai’s development journey and global competitiveness.
