Shaping Future Leaders: Career Guidance Workshop Inspires Students at Anjuman Boys’ High School

On 1st September 2025, Anjuman Boys’ High School in Bhatkal, in partnership with CIGI, hosted an impactful Career Guidance Workshop in their Seminar Hall. The event engaged students from Classes IX and X, motivating them to broaden their horizons and set ambitious career goals.
The session was led by CIGI CEO Mr. Mohammed Anas alongside Retired Government Official Mr. Ahmed Nisar, who is the Head of Panchayat Development. They encouraged students to push beyond their comfort zones and aspire to succeed in esteemed government roles such as IAS, IPS, IFS, and other public service positions. Their key message was that success is earned through “hard work, dedication, and consistency,” not given as a gift.
Dr. Mohammed Zubair Kola Saheb shared inspiring words reminding students that true recognition and respect follow sustained effort and patience. His remark, “Hard work never goes waste; it always shines at the right time,” resonated deeply with the audience.
Janab Mohammed Yunus Kazia, President of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen, further motivated the gathering by urging students to rise with clear vision and determination to become the effective leaders of tomorrow.
The workshop was honored by the presence of dignitaries including First Vice President Janab Mohammed Sadiq Pillor Saheb, Second Vice President Dr. Mohammed Zubair Kola Saheb, High School Board Secretary Janab Saadullah Runddin Saheb, Executive Member Moulana Mohammed Azhar Barmawar Nadwi, and Headmaster Mr. Abdulla Numer Ruknuddin.
This event left a strong impression on students, reinforcing the idea that “The future belongs to those who prepare for it today.” With the blessings of Allah and encouragement from their mentors, students of Anjuman Boys’ High School are now more determined than ever to focus on their goals and succeed in competitive exams like the UPSC.
