Several Air India Express and IndiGo Flights Cancelled at Mangaluru Airport

Several flights operated by Air India Express and IndiGo from Mangaluru International Airport were cancelled on March 9, affecting both international and domestic passengers.

According to information released by airport authorities, multiple Air India Express services connecting Mangaluru with destinations in the Middle East have been called off.

Among the cancelled flights is the Mangaluru–Jeddah flight (IX 845) scheduled to depart at 5:20 am (IST) on March 9, along with the return Jeddah–Mangaluru flight (IX 846) scheduled to arrive at 6:20 pm.

Flights between Mangaluru and Dubai have also been affected. The Mangaluru–Dubai flight (IX 831) scheduled at 1:20 pm and the Dubai–Mangaluru flight (IX 832) scheduled to arrive at 10:10 pm were cancelled.

In addition, the Mangaluru–Dubai flight (IX 813) scheduled to depart at 8:15 pm on March 9 and the Dubai–Mangaluru flight (IX 814) scheduled to arrive at 4:55 am on March 10 have also been cancelled.

Flights connecting Mangaluru with Dammam were also impacted. The Mangaluru–Dammam flight (IX 847) scheduled to depart at 11:10 pm on March 9 and the Dammam–Mangaluru service scheduled to arrive at 9:25 am on March 10 will not operate.

Another set of services between Mangaluru and Abu Dhabi has also been cancelled. These include the Mangaluru–Abu Dhabi flight (IX 815) scheduled at 11:20 pm on March 9 and the Abu Dhabi–Mangaluru flight (IX 816) scheduled to arrive at 8:15 am on March 10.

Meanwhile, IndiGo has also cancelled a few services. The Dubai–Mangaluru flight (6E 1437) scheduled to arrive at 5:20 am on March 9 and the Mangaluru–Dubai flight (6E 1438) scheduled to depart at 9:15 pm have been cancelled.

A domestic flight has also been affected, with the Bengaluru–Mangaluru flight (6E 578) scheduled to depart at 7:35 pm on March 9 not operating as planned.
