RTA Launches New Bus Service Connecting Dubai and Abu Dhabi
The new route provides an affordable travel option between Al Quoz Bus Station and MBZ Bus Station.

DUBAI: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced a new intercity bus route to improve the connection between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This service is a joint effort with Capital Express.
The new bus route will run from Al Quoz Bus Station in Dubai to the Mohamed bin Zayed (MBZ) Bus Station in Abu Dhabi. Commuters can travel between the two emirates for a fare of just Dh25 per person. Payments can be made conveniently using nol cards or cash.
This launch is part of a wider effort by the RTA to expand its public transport network. In August, the RTA announced five new bus routes and several route adjustments to meet increasing demand. Earlier in May, a new bus service, E308, was also started between Dubai’s Stadium Bus Station and Sharjah’s Al Jubail Bus Station for a fare of Dh12.
To enhance the passenger experience, the RTA’s fleet of over 250 intercity buses is equipped with free Wi-Fi, allowing travelers to stay connected during their journey.
