Online Tafsir-e-Quran Course for Women Launched by Abna-e-Jamia Bhatkal | Maulana Abdul Subhan Nakhuda Nadvi to Lead
Abna-e-Jamia Bhatkal introduces weekly online Quran interpretation classes for women starting November 18
Bhatkal – Abna-e-Jamia, the alumni association of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal, has announced the launch of an online Tafsir-e-Quran (Quran interpretation) course exclusively for women.
The initiative was announced by Maulana Abdul Ahad Fakerde Nadvi, General Secretary of Abna-e-Jamia. Speaking about the program’s objectives, he explained that the course aims to spread understanding of the Holy Quran among women and help them utilize their free time in learning and understanding religious knowledge.
The classes will be held every Tuesday through an online platform. The first session is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 4:45 PM (after Asr prayer). Renowned Quran scholar Maulana Abdul Subhan Nakhuda Nadvi will deliver the first lecture, which will focus on the interpretation of Surah An-Nur.
According to the organizers, the sessions will continue every Tuesday, Insha’Allah (God willing).
