Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Airports has confirmed that an incident at Zayed International Airport resulted in one death and seven injuries.
In a statement, the airport authority said the incident “resulted in one death of an Asian national and seven injuries.” It did not provide further details regarding the nature or cause of the incident.
The authority also urged the public “not to circulate rumours and false information.”
There was no immediate information on the condition of those injured. Officials are yet to release additional details as investigations continue.
