New Office Bearers Elected for Bhatkal Taluka Working Journalists Association
Mohan Naik elected President as new team is chosen unanimously in Bhatkal.
Bhatkal: The Bhatkal Taluka Working Journalists Association announced its new office bearers following elections held today, 22 December 2025, in Bhatkal. The election process was completed unanimously, reflecting collective agreement among the members.
Mr. Mohan Naik was elected as President of the association. Mr. Ateequr Rahman Shabandari was chosen as Vice President, while Mr. Shailesh Vaidya was elected as General Secretary. Mr. Fayyaz Mulla was appointed as Khazanchi (Treasurer).
Members present at the meeting congratulated the newly elected office bearers and expressed confidence that the new leadership would work actively for the welfare of working journalists and uphold professional values in the taluka.
