Muslim World League Praises Pakistan-Afghanistan Ceasefire Deal

The Muslim World League (MWL) has expressed its strong support for the new ceasefire agreement between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
In an official statement from its headquarters in Makkah, the MWL’s Secretary-General, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa, praised the move. He described the agreement as a positive and important step for both nations.
Dr. Al Issa highlighted that the two governments have also agreed to set up a process for further negotiations. The goal is to build a foundation for permanent peace and stability in the region. He affirmed that the MWL fully supports this development, noting that it helps protect both countries and their people from the dangers and suffering caused by armed conflict.
