The card, which also displayed a wrong name, incorrect age, and incomplete address, quickly became the center of social media humor. Political Dispute Over Voter Roll Errors

Former Malegaon MLA Asif Shaikh Rashid claimed that many voter IDs in his area had serious mistakes: over 6,000 voters without addresses, more than 3,500 cards with fake photos, and nearly 11,300 duplicate entries recorded. These numbers have led to renewed accusations from Congress supporters, who say voter lists across 48 constituencies have been manipulated through duplicate and invalid registrations.

Rahul Gandhi, top Congress leader, shared the viral video on Instagram, alleging BJP is behind widespread “vote theft.” Congress launched statewide campaigns in Bihar, called ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra,’ to bring attention to the issue.
