Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen Bhatkal to Hold General Election Meeting on November 21
Twenty members to be elected for the next three-year term

Bhatkal (Fikrokhabar News): The Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen, Bhatkal’s oldest social and religious institution, will hold its general election meeting on Friday, November 21, 2025, after the Isha prayers at the Mahkamah Shariah building.
According to an announcement issued by the election officer, members will cast their votes to elect 20 local administrative committee members for the upcoming three-year term.

Founded more than a thousand years ago, Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen has played a central role in guiding the community’s social and religious affairs. Through its Mahkamah Shariah (Sharia Department), issues related to social, financial, and personal matters are resolved in accordance with Islamic law.
As per the Jamaat’s system, the administration serves a three-year tenure, after which elections are held to choose new members. The election officer has urged all registered members to attend the meeting on time and exercise their right to vote.
