Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Launches Seerat Campaign in Bhatkal to Promote Justice and Equality

Bhatkal (Fikrokhabar News) – Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s Bhatkal branch is organizing a Seerat campaign titled “Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: The Champion of Justice” from September 3 to 13, 2025. The campaign aims to convey the values of social justice, equality, mercy, and humanity inspired by the life and principles of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Mohammed Raza Manvi, the coordinator of the campaign, stated that the goal is to promote the message of standing firm for justice, whether it is against oneself or one’s family, and to always speak the truth. He emphasized that in today’s world marked by exploitation and discrimination, this campaign inspired by the Prophet’s example will play a vital role in protecting the rights of the weak, ensuring equality, and fostering social harmony.

Details of the campaign were shared during a press conference held on Monday evening at Hotel Papas Party Hall on Sagar Road. As part of the Seerat Abhiyan 2025, the campaign will include awareness programs held at local gatherings, institutions, and sports centers in Bhatkal. Activities will also feature seminars on “Know Prophet Muhammad ﷺ” and discussions on how his ideals relate to Indian society, along with book launches, district-level competitions, dialogues with thinkers and scholars, special meetings with Hindu and Muslim women, and video sessions organized by local religious women leaders.

Additional initiatives include visits by community leaders to hospitals, neighborhood cleaning drives, and health camps to serve the local community.

Maulana Syed S.M. Zubair, president of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Bhatkal, unveiled the campaign’s logo and emphasized that this movement is open to people of all religions, castes, and communities. He invited the residents of Bhatkal to join in this campaign for justice, compassion, and unity.

Senior leaders including Syed Shakeel S.M., former president Mujahid Mustafa, and key official Maulana Zia-ur-Rahman Nadvi were also present at the press event.
