Tragic scenes followed at Gaza’s Al-Shifa Hospital, where families rushed to identify their loved ones. Mahmoud Abedrabo wept beside the body of his son Hamada, who was among those killed.

This incident has once again highlighted the dangerous conditions faced by civilians as well as journalists covering the ongoing conflict. Humanitarian organizations have repeatedly raised concerns about the safety of medical facilities and press workers in Gaza, who often operate under constant threat.

The Israeli military and the Office of the Prime Minister did not immediately issue any statement regarding this attack.

The strikes come amid intensified fighting and rising casualties across the region, adding further pressure on efforts to bring a halt to the months-long escalation.
