Israel killed 33,000 women, girls during Gaza genocide — Palestine
On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the Foreign Ministry cites "systematic crimes" including the use of advanced surveillance technologies.

RAMALLAH – The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has stated that Israeli forces have killed at least 33,000 women and girls during the ongoing conflict in Gaza, which began in October 2023.
In a statement released to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the ministry detailed that the figure includes more than 12,500 women and 20,000 children, according to data from the Gaza Government Media Office.
The ministry accused Israel of committing “systematic crimes against Palestinian women, including genocide, extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, arbitrary and administrative detention, torture and sexual violence.” It also alleged that Israel uses advanced surveillance tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence, to target and terrorize Palestinians, with a particular focus on women.
The statement emphasized “the urgent need to sustain international momentum to end the illegal Israeli colonial occupation” and to implement a two-state solution. The overall Palestinian death toll in the conflict has reached nearly 70,000, with vast areas of the Gaza Strip reduced to rubble.
