INF to Host ‘Launchpad 2025’ Career and Leadership Camp for Class 10 Students
The one-day event in Bhatkal aims to guide boys from five local schools in making informed career choices and developing essential life skills.

Bhatkal, October 21, 2025: The Indian Nawayath Forum (INF) is set to host a one-day career and leadership camp called “INF Launchpad 2025” for tenth-grade boys. The event will take place on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Ameena Palace in Bhatkal, starting at 10:00 a.m.
The camp is designed to inspire and guide students as they begin thinking about their future careers. According to INF President Aftab Husain Kola, the program will help students make smart decisions about their futures. “The program aims to give students the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to make informed career choices through expert sessions, engaging discussions, and interactive learning,” he said.
The event will include fun challenges, quizzes, and group activities to help students build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Mohammed Adil Nagarmat, the general secretary of INF, announced that students from five major schools in Bhatkal will participate: IAUHS, Anjuman Boys’ High School, New Shams School, Ali Public School, and Naunihaal Boys’ School.
The camp will feature several expert speakers:
- Ameen-e-Mudassar, a well-known career counselor and motivational speaker from Bangalore, will lead a session called “Career Compass – Navigating Your Future.” He will help students discover their strengths and explore modern career options.
- Suhail Babu, an educator from Kerala, will conduct a workshop on important soft skills like communication, time management, and leadership through hands-on activities.
Additionally, students will learn about major competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, UPSC, and CLAT, including how to prepare for them. A special session will also cover national and state-level scholarships. Shamsuddin Usman Shaik, the Taluk Minority Extension Officer, will explain government scholarships available through the Minority Welfare Department. There will also be a brief introduction to civil services examinations.
The camp will conclude with a special ceremony at 4:45 p.m., where Mohammed Rafi Pasha, Deputy Commissioner of GST in Bangalore, will be the Chief Guest.
Gufran Lanka, Secretary of INF, shared the vision behind the event. “This initiative seeks to ignite young minds and help them chart their academic and career journeys with passion, purpose, and confidence at the right age,” he stated.
The event is being coordinated by Saalim Kola and Tanveer Motiya.
