Students Shine in Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ Program at Masjid Muhammad Umar Al-Jabiri – Abdul Ghafoor Khalifa Honored for 37 Years of Service
A special Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ gathering was held at Masjid Muhammad Umar Al-Jabiri, where students actively participated with speeches on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Children impressed the audience with their eloquence, delivering speeches in Arabic, Urdu, Kannada, English, and Nawayati. They also managed the proceedings as hosts of the program, showcasing their talent and confidence.
During the same event, Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Khalifa, founder of Majlis Quwatul Islam, Umar Street, Bhatkal, was honored for completing 37 years of devoted service to the community and the institution. A shawl and memento were presented to him as a token of appreciation for his tireless contributions, which have greatly strengthened the organization’s impact in religious and educational spheres.
On this occasion, the mosque’s Imam, Maulana Abdul Samee Armar, along with guest scholar Maulana Afzal Shabandri Nadvi, delivered insightful speeches urging the audience to take guidance from the exemplary life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
The evening concluded with prayers for the well-being of Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Khalifa, asking Allah to bless him with health, long life, and continued barakah in his work. Attendees expressed that the program was deeply inspiring, meaningful, and memorable.
