Google Expands AI Search Mode to India and 180+ Countries Including Arab Nations

Mangaluru, August 22 (Fikrokhabar News Service): Google has extended its AI-powered search feature, known as AI Mode, to over 180 countries globally, including Arab nations and India. This expansion allows a larger audience to access the interactive chat-based search experience that was previously limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, and India.
The AI Mode currently supports English only, with no Arabic language support at present. The mode enables users to ask complex questions and receive personalized responses based on their search history and preferences.
With the latest update, Google introduced Agentic capabilities for subscribers of its premium Google AI Ultra plan. This feature helps users make restaurant reservations by specifying details such as date, time, location, number of guests, and cuisine preference. AI Mode searches multiple booking platforms in real-time, then provides a curated list of available restaurants with direct links to finalize the booking.
Additionally, the search experience has become more personalized, tailoring recommendations such as dining options based on previous searches and user interests. A new sharing feature allows users to send AI Mode search results via a link, enabling friends or family to continue the search seamlessly.
Google plans further expansion of supported languages and to add new agentic capabilities, including local service appointments and event ticket bookings.
India remains a key market for this innovation as Google broadens access globally, empowering users to handle complex search queries with AI assistance.
