Gaza Death Toll Rises to 241 Since Ceasefire Began
Health Ministry reports ongoing casualties as victims remain trapped under rubble, beyond the reach of rescue teams.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health has reported that at least 241 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11.
In the past 24 hours alone, one person was killed and five others were wounded in Israeli attacks. Six more bodies were recovered from beneath the rubble across Gaza.
The ministry also emphasized that many victims remain trapped under destroyed buildings or in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are often unable to reach them due to unsafe conditions and ongoing violence.
Since the war began in October 2023, the total number of Palestinians killed has reached 69,176, with more than 170,690 injured.
