Gaza Death Toll Reaches 240 Since Ceasefire Began
Health Ministry reports 4 more Palestinians killed in past day, as post-truce violence continues.
GAZA – The number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire began has reached 240, according to the latest figures from Gaza’s Health Ministry.
In the past 24 hours alone, four more Palestinians lost their lives, including one body recovered from beneath the rubble of destroyed buildings. The total number of wounded since the truce began now stands at 607.
These continuing casualties come despite a ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, 2025, raising concerns about the stability of the peace arrangement and the safety of civilians in Gaza.
The Health Ministry continues to document casualties daily as fragile calm hangs over the territory.
