Sheikh Prof. Yasser Al-Dossary will lead the Friday sermon and prayer at the Grand Mosque in Makkah.
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has announced that Sheikh Professor Yasser Al-Dossary, one of the distinguished Imams of the Grand Mosque in Makkah, will deliver the Friday sermon (Khutbah) and lead the Friday prayer at Masjid al-Haram on 23 Jumada al-Ula 1447 AH, corresponding to Friday, November 14, 2025.
Sheikh Yasser Al-Dossary is widely respected for his profound Quranic recitations and eloquent sermons that emphasize faith, reflection, and moral guidance. The sermon will be attended by thousands of worshippers at the Grand Mosque and broadcast live to millions of viewers across the world through official Haramain channels and online platforms.
This announcement was made by the Agency for Imams and Muezzins Affairs, under the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.
