Sheikh Prof. Faisal Ghazzawi will deliver the Friday sermon and lead Jumu’ah prayer at the Grand Mosque in Makkah.
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has announced that Sheikh Professor Faisal Ghazzawi will deliver the Friday sermon (Khutbah) and lead the Jumu’ah prayer at Masjid al-Haram in Makkah on Friday, January 2, 2026, corresponding to 13 Rajab 1447 AH.
Sheikh Prof. Faisal Ghazzawi is one of the distinguished Imams of the Grand Mosque, widely known for his eloquent sermons and spiritually uplifting Qur’anic recitation. Large numbers of worshippers are expected to attend the Friday prayer in person, while millions around the world will follow the sermon and prayer through official Haramain live broadcasts and digital platforms.
