Officials confirmed that the quake passed without any casualties or damage. Local residents also said they did not feel any significant shaking.

Kamchatka is part of the seismically active “Ring of Fire”, a vast zone around the Pacific Ocean known for frequent earthquakes and volcanic activity. The region often experiences seismic movements, though not all of them are strong enough to cause impact on daily life.

Authorities continue to monitor the situation, but no emergency alerts or evacuation measures have been issued.
