Arab League Strongly Condemns Israeli PM’s “Greater Israel” Remarks
The Arab League’s General Secretariat issued a strong condemnation on Wednesday against recent comments by the Israeli Prime Minister about annexing parts of Arab countries’ territories. These comments are seen as an announcement of a plan toward what he called the “Greater Israel Vision.”
The Arab League described these remarks as a serious violation of Arab countries’ sovereignty and a danger to peace and stability in the whole region. It said the statements pose a direct threat to the security of all Arab nations and openly challenge international law and legitimacy standards.
According to the League, these declarations show aggressive expansion intentions rooted in extremist and colonial thinking that cannot be accepted or tolerated. The statement urged the United Nations Security Council and the wider international community to take firm action to counter this dangerous rhetoric. It warned that such extremist views worsen regional hatred and opposition against the occupying state.
The Arab League stressed that these aggressive claims increase tensions and instability in the region, calling for global solidarity against attempts to undermine the sovereignty of Arab states and peace in the Middle East.
