Anjuman Al Fitrah School Shines at Uttara Kannada District Football Tournament
Young footballers from the school clinched championship in Under-6 category and secured third place in Under-8 division.
Anjuman Al Fitrah School delivered an impressive performance at the Uttara Kannada District Football Tournament held on November 23, 2025. The school’s young athletes competed across two age groups and returned with notable achievements that have brought pride to their institution.
Under-6 Team Claims Championship Title
The Under-6 squad showcased outstanding skills in the finals, netting six goals to capture the championship trophy. Throughout the tournament, the team demonstrated excellent teamwork and strong determination on the field.
Leading the victorious side was team captain Abdul Rab, son of Abdul Raqeeb Ikkeri. The championship-winning squad included talented players Yasa Muallim, Esa Udyawar, Muhammed, Ayman Sharief, Ahmed Ruknuddin, Hatim, Muhammed Esa, Mohammed Ruhaan Ruknuddin, and Mohammad Esa Shamoon Jukaku.
Under-8 Team Secures Third Position
The Under-8 category team also put up a commendable show, finishing in third place with disciplined gameplay and smart tactics. Under the captaincy of Ahmed Ajaib, the team featured skilled players including Mohammad Rehan, Syed Hussain S.M., Syed Shayan Basha, Mohammed Eyaad Udyawar, Ahmed Ruknuddin, Abdul Bari Gangawali, Adi Kasimji, Mohammed Fateh Akrami, Muhammad Ubay Kasargod, Ahmed Rabah Medikal, Abubakar Akrami, and Mahir Mudassir Kola.
Special Award for Top Scorer
Adding to the school’s success, Ahmed Ruknuddin, son of Mohammed Maviya Ruknuddin, was honored with the Best Goal Scorer award in the Under-8 category. His scoring ability stood out throughout the competition.
Both teams represented Anjuman Hami e Muslimeen with remarkable sportsmanship and dedication. The school community is celebrating these young champions for their hard work and passion for football. The tournament provided a valuable platform for the young players to showcase their talents and gain competitive experience.
