AIMPLB Calls for Thorough and Impartial Probe into Delhi Red Fort Blast
The Muslim Personal Law Board expresses grief over the loss of lives and urges the government to ensure transparency and accountability in the investigation.
NEW DELHI– (Fikrokhabar News) The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has expressed deep sorrow and concern over the deadly explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort, which claimed multiple lives and left several injured.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, AIMPLB President Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured.
Calling the incident “deeply distressing and concerning,” Maulana Khalid Saifullah urged the government to conduct a comprehensive, impartial, and multi-dimensional investigation into the cause of the explosion.
“If the incident was accidental, it is extremely unfortunate, having cost many innocent lives,” he said. “However, if it was an act of terrorism, it is deeply alarming and raises serious questions about the effectiveness of our security systems—particularly when such incidents can occur in one of the most sensitive areas of the national capital.”
He emphasized that the Board stands in full solidarity with the bereaved families during this difficult time and prayed for peace, strength, and healing for all those affected.
